2. 'REVA' ROTARY VIAL WASHING MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL)
(With ‘Geneva Mechanism’)

Designed to clean vials, bottles or similar containers by subjecting each to series of distinct processing operation. Independent line connections for various processing systems are provided. The machine is also equipped with the additional connection for washing or rinsing the outside of the container. The diving mechanism is arranged in the bottom part and is provided with a Geneva Mechanism. The rotation speed in one round per minute with capacity to wash 100 vials per minute. Maximum dia of vial 50 mm. It is provided with individual solenoid valves for each Wash controlled by a panel board. The machine is provided with five stations including one for spraying on top of the bottle for outside cleaning depending on requirement of the client. The remaining four stations can be connected to jets of detergent, steam / hot water, distilled D.I. Water and air. The machine works on A.C. 440 Volts, 0.5 H.P. 3 phase motor. The machine is supplied with two tanks of S.S. 316 qlty.75 Ltrs. each, one for detergent and other for hot water, fitted with thermostatically controlled 6 K.W. heater and other for fresh water/D.M. water provided with S.S. float. The machine is fitted with higher capacity. Centrifugal Pumps (2 Nos.) with 1 H.P. Motor for sufficient water and pressure required to wash bigger sized bottles. The specially designed cups are provided on the platform to accommodate any size of bottle from 100 ml. to 500 ml. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 Quality and body cladded with S.S. 304, 18 Gauge sheet. Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit. The machine requires two operators, one for loading the vials and the other for unloading.

4 ‘REVA’ AUTOMATIC VIAL FILLING MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL) FOUR HEAD

Automatic Vial filling machine works on volumetric principle and used for filling liquids in vials on continuous running S.S. Slat conveyor. Four vials are filled at a time with predetermined volume. Fixing appropriate size of the syringes can fill different capacity vials. A specially designed synchronized Mechanical movement with the conveyor system and vial indexing mechanism ensures smooth running of the machine. ‘A NO VIAL NO FILL’ mechanism prevents spillage of liquid when the continuous flow of vial is not available. The machine works with 1 H.P. motor 415-volt main drive and .0.5 H.P. motor for conveyor drive. The machine is compact unit complete with conveyor is mounted on a sturdy stand of attractive finish. All contact parts are made out of S.S. 316 quality cladded by S.S. 304 quality sheet. The movement of vials is arranged from left to right on the conveyor. The unit is designed to fill aseptic liquids precise accuracy and can give output of 60-80 vials/minute depending on quality of vial and fill sizes. Stainless Steel parts polished as matt finish by 120 grit. (The cost of machine is without syringes). 5. REVA' AUTOMATIC VIAL CAP SEALING MACHINE
SINGLE HEAD (G.M.P. MODEL)

Automatic vial cap sealing machine is designed to seal Aluminium caps of various sizes on the vials fed on the continuous line. Change parts are available for different sizes of caps and vial diameters. The machine is fully automatic and its operation is very simple the vials are fed by means S.S. Slat Conveyor to the pickup by the vial and the star wheel carries the vial under the sealing head. The complete head assembly moves down and the skirting rollers achieve perfect closer. The movement of the vial is arranged from left to right on the conveyor. Main drive motor 1.0 H.P. 415 volts and suitable starters. Pilot light is mounted on a panel board. Vial size tolerance required for machine & +/0.5 mm for vial dia and height. The output caps of machine is 60 to 80 vials/min. Variable speed drive arranged. 6. REVA' AUTOMATIC RUBBER PLUGGING MACHINE (G.M.P. MODEL) SINGLE HEAD

Automatic rubber plugging machine is designed to close rubber plug of various sizes on the vials fed on the continuous line. Change parts are available for different sizes of plug and vial diameters. The machine is fully automatic and its operation is very simple the vials are fed by means S.S. Slat Conveyor to the pickup by the vial and the star wheel carries the vial under the plugging head. The complete head assembly moves down and perfect closer is achieved by the pressing socket. The movement of the vial is arranged from left to right on the conveyor. Main drive motor 1.0 H.P. 415 volts and suitable starters. Pilot light is mounted on a panel board. Vial size tolerance required for machine & +/0.5 mm for vial dia and height.
